As well as being a busy broker and director of Queensland-based brokerage Evolve Loans, Jai Hobbs has also added ‘author’ to his resume, co-writing a book on financial literacy for high school children with his wife, Marlies.

With a passion to better prepare the next generation for a successful and independent life, Jai and Marlies wrote FLY: Financially Literate Youth (published by Penguin) covering off not only what it takes to be able to afford a mortgage, but also the ins and outs of credit cards, budgeting, tax and even delving into cryptocurrency, too.

In this episode of Elite Broker, host Annie Kane catches up with Jai to discuss:
- How he runs two broking offices
- Why he wrote FLY: Financially Literate Youth
- How he’s helping clients in an increasingly competitive property market

And much more!
