The former Macquarie Group executive director has resigned from his role on the board of Yellow Brick Road in order to take up an advisory role with the company.

YBR executive chairman Mark Bouris commented: “Since joining the board in 2017, Frank has come to know the business closely. He sees significant opportunities for growth and would like to take a more hands-on role to drive outcomes and results.

“It’s a big win for YBR to have Frank’s experience and expertise in the business, and we are very happy that he has chosen to become more involved.”

Speaking of his move, Mr Ganis said that he was “excited about the opportunities for YBR”, adding: “[W]ith the support of the board, I have decided to take on a leadership role in the organisation”.

He continued: “I have identified many areas where I can leverage my experience, knowledge and capabilities and add value to the YBR business — particularly in key areas of strategy, funding, product development, sales and distribution and, of course, operations. I look forward to helping the team drive profitable growth this year and beyond.”
