Broker sentenced to 41 months imprisonment

According to the indictment against the broker, 61 year-old Linda Carnagie submitted false information in loan applications, including misleading employment verifications, in order to obtain mortgage loans for buyers who could not otherwise qualify.

Following her prison term, Ms Carnagie will spend three years in supervised release.
