Fitch Ratings yesterday rated an $11.23 billion ANZ mortgage-backed issue ‘AAA’.
The collateral pool, named Kingfisher Trust 2008-1 consists of 70,498 loans.
It has a weighted loan-to-value ratio of 53.9 per cent and a weighted average seasoning equal to 46 months. Approximately 9.7 per cent of the pool is comprised of lo-doc loans.
The notes were issued by Perpetual Trustee Company Limited.
