In a bid to improve its competitive positioning within the industry, Outsource Financial has formed a strategic alliance with real estate investment company Nyko Property.

The alliance will provide the aggregation group with a direct property investment channel in Victoria that can be offered to the company’s Australia-wide client base of professional services firms, including accountants, financial planners and legal firms.

Outsource Financial chief executive officer Tanya Sale said the company had wanted to offer a full finance package to its members for some time and this alliance would help them achieve that goal.

“We were very keen on Nyko Property, because it is exclusive, boutique and independent. That was very attractive for us when we were looking for relationships and partnerships in that field,” Ms Sale said.

"The alliance with Nyko Property will provide our members with an extra revenue stream and an ethical method of helping their clients invest in direct property.”
