Aggregation group Connective has improved its web presence with the new online portal now offering members a raft of new functionality.
The new site includes a system that automatically feeds information a broker gathers about their client directly into their database.
If, for example, a client asks questions about an upcoming meeting or wants additional information on a loan, that question and the broker’s subsequent answer is automatically filed in the broker’s database.
It is hoped this function will not only promote broker efficiency but ensure they gather the right information to remain compliant under the forthcoming legislation.
The website also includes a live chat function, whereby brokers can make enquiries and have them promptly answered by someone on the Connective team.
