A surge in white label and direct business demand has prompted Queensland-based mortgage manager Wilson National to open a new head office and processing centre in Currumbin.
The new office will allow the company to continue its expansion plans over the next twelve months.
“In the coming months we are planning to further enhance our white label business by increasing the range of financial products and other services we can offer our white label wholesale partners,” managing director Geoff Wilson told Mortgage Business.
The group will also look to increase the number of brokers it distributes its products through over 2008.
“With some banks announcing potential cuts to mortgage broker commission rates, we are looking for brokers who want more from their lender. We can offer better commissions and support services that are non-existent with other lenders,” Mr Wilson explained.
