Major brokerage launches online community

Brokers operating under the major brokerage are now able to access an online network community and video library to help better connect with their peers and stay informed.

Mortgage Choice yesterday (25 March) launched a new online community for franchise owners comprising:

  • Let’s Talk BID – a Q&A forum for all credit representatives;
  • MC Wire – a news and update service; and
  • MCTV – a video library including interviews with top-performing business owners, as well as tips and advice.

The brokerage and aggregator said the online community aims to better connect Mortgage Choice brokers with their peers and help keep them informed.

It revealed that there are also plans to launch a channel for all group and state office support staff across the enterprise.

Mortgage Choice’s general manager, product and corporate communications, Emma Dupont-Brown, commented: “Our new online community is a one-stop shop for franchise owners. It gives them immediate access to three live forums which share expertise, experience and education.

“This is a dynamic and convenient way to stay up to date with everything that’s happening across our network. It’s a place where franchise owners can listen, learn and leverage their knowledge while interacting with their peers across the country.

“We recognised the need to create a communications hub as a more efficient and effective way of driving connectivity across the network and sharing best practice. It will reduce our email output and allow for a live, interactive, all-in-one solution,” Ms Dupont-Brown concluded.
