Commercial property conditions deteriorated in the June quarter according to the latest NAB Commercial Property Index.
The Index fell 20 points over the quarter to minus 10 as sentiment dampened and recovery timeframes widened, NAB revealed yesterday.
While survey respondents still expected a recovery in commercial property most didn’t expect a recovery for the office and retail sectors until the end of the year or early 2011.
The outlook for the industrial sector was divided with many respondents not expecting a recovery until half way through next year.
