ActivePipe integrated into Podium in new partnership

Three aggregators have partnered with marketing automation platform ActivePipe to provide their 4,000 brokers with access to its marketing solution via Podium.

PLAN Australia, Choice Aggregation Services and FAST have announced the partnership, which they said will provide their network of brokers with the ability to subscribe to the marketing and communication platform.

This will allow them to automate personalised email and SMS communication with their existing customer database.

The ActivePipe platform will integrate with the aggregators’ CRM platform Podium via an open application programming interface (API) functionality, giving brokers access to its content and customisable email templates. It also includes analytics that can measure and track the effectiveness of email campaigns.

Commenting on the integration of ActivePipe with the CRM system, NAB head of marketing for aggregation partnerships, Andrew Gooding, said: “An open API is a gateway through which third-party providers can plug their services into the Podium platform more easily, allowing brokers to take advantage of new and emerging technologies that will drive significant efficiencies in their business.

“The integration of ActivePipe into the Podium platform represents the type of innovative and collaborative work we can now achieve by partnering with best-in-class technology providers.”

ActivePipe CEO Ashley Farrugia added: “Our content has been specially created for mortgage broker customers, from first home buyers and refinancers to upgraders and seasoned investors.”

“The platform tells mortgage brokers which client to get in touch with and when, based on what type of content they are engaging with. It improves the customer experience by giving brokers a better understanding of what their customers are looking for.”

ActivePipe has been working with mortgage brokers since 2018.
