Resolve Finance has appointed Blair Keenan to the role of general manager of operations and Hugh Miller to the role of state sales and development manager for Western Australia.
The brokerage has said that Mr Keenan will oversee its franchise business interests and build on the work of his predecessor, Glenn Haslam.
Commenting on Mr Keenan’s appointment, Resolve Finance managing director Don Crellin said: “Blair is a dynamic international senior executive and leader with a history of building high-performance teams that deliver.
“His experience in large, multinational and complex services businesses and major financial institutions will be an asset to Resolve Finance, and we are thrilled to have him on board.”

Mr Keenan also spent six years consulting to financial services firms in the United Kingdom and Europe.
“Blair has led multiple business transformations, including doubling sales growth and improving engagement from 49 per cent to 80 per cent in three years at ANZ mobile lending,” Mr Crellin continued.
“He has strong business acumen, having been responsible for leading teams of up to 350 people across 15 markets in the Asia-Pacific region with annual revenues of up to $150 million.”
Mr Keenan has been recognised with several industry awards, including the 2014 Mastercard Asia Pacific sales leader award, 2008 ANZ CEO award for exceptional performance and Australian Investor Relations team of the year for three consecutive years at ANZ Bank.
Mr Crellin concluded: “Blair is an inspiring and positive leader whose signature strength is successfully building high-performing teams and instigating cultural change to positively transform business performance.
