ANZ has topped the TNS Business Finance Monitor, recording the highest level of business customer satisfaction.

According to the Business Finance Monitor, more than 72 per cent of business banking customers were satisfied with their main financial institution, with all four majors retaining the same level of satisfaction as six months ago.

ANZ had the highest level of satisfaction of the big four at 74.1 per cent, followed closely by Westpac at 70.6 per cent.

NAB and CBA trailed slightly behind the other two majors at 68.8 per cent and 65.9 per cent respectively.

There has been a long-term improvement in business customers’ satisfaction with their banks since the programme started in 2001, according to the Business Finance Monitor.
