WA’s number one broker revealed

Better Business Awards 2016

A regional broker received top honours at The Adviser’s Better Business Awards in Perth last night.

Steve Milligan of Launch Finance Mandurah was crowned Western Australia’s Broker of the Year in front of almost 500 guests at Crown Perth. Mr Milligan also took home the Best Regional Broker award.

Chatfield Consulting’s James Chatfield was named Best Residential Broker, which follows his success of finishing first in The Adviser’s Young Broker of the Year rankings for 2015.

The Best Newcomer trophy went to Stephen Peter Franklin of Aussie Bull Creek, while Diversifi Perth’s Ashleigh Wight won the Rising Star category.

AustAsia Group’s Simon Chesson claimed the Best Finance Broker award, and Steven Garvin of Purely Finance was named Best Loan Administrator.

Dino Pacella of Suncorp Bank was named Best Lender BDM, while Connective’s Matt Cusworth was named Best Aggregator BDM.

The Best Customer Service (Individual) award went to Adam Donald of Capita Finance Solutions, and the Best Customer Service (Office) trophy was awarded to Resolve Finance Osbourne Park.

Lend Me was named the Best Independent Office with five or less brokers, while Launch Finance Como was recognised as the Best Independent Office with more than five brokers.

The Best Regional Office category was won by TV Financial Services, and the Best New Office award went to Finance 365.

Last but not least, Momentum Wealth received the Editor’s Choice award for its outstanding commitment to customer service and finance education.

The Better Business Awards were part of The Advisers Better Business Summit, which toured Melbourne, Adelaide, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth over February and March.
