The Adviser has announced the launch of a purpose-built two-day training program that will give brokers cutting edge scripts, dialogues and templates specifically created to deliver increased referrals, leads and volumes.

The course, to be run by renowned coach and educator Tom Panos, will teach brokers essential influencing and persuasion skills needed to supercharge sales, build brand and close more deals.

Mr Panos said there is currently nothing else in the industry like The Ultimate Broker Sales System, which has been tailored for brokers who want to want to close $100 million-plus in loan volumes each year.

“Students can expect to learn a raft of powerful sales skills, including how to get in front of more prospects and build instant rapport with them, the secrets to closing every deal, tactics to build a qualified sales pipeline and much, much more,” he said.

“They will also get cutting edge scripts, dialogues, templates and forms to deliver unstoppable sales pitches.”

Jim Hall, publisher of The Adviser, said The Adviser has taken this new initiative specifically to help brokers accelerate their business growth.

“Modern brokers can only benefit by building their personal brands and become attraction brokers, and this new course will help them do exactly this,” he said.

“Delegates can look forward to learning all that is associated with an up-to-date sales system designed specifically to help them boost their income and profitability."

Award-winning mortgage broker and founder of Madd Loans, George Samios, engaged Mr Panos to work with him after hearing him speak at the 2014 Better Business Summit.

“Following that, I wanted to see how he could help me accelerate the growth of my client base. What I’ve learnt from Tom has helped me transform my broking business into a $100 million-a-year operation,” Mr Samios said.

The program consists of two days of training, with eight modules covering core content. Classes will include face-to-face training, role playing, case studies and real life examples. Students will also receive a detailed action book with full course content, scripts, dialogues, templates and forms.

The course will run on May 16-17, 2016 at The Adviser’s Training Centre in North Sydney, NSW.
