Aussie Prospect has been praised by group CEO James Symond for its stellar performance over the last financial year.

The South Australian franchise took home five awards at Aussie’s annual gala awards evening in Melbourne last week, and was named the group’s national and South Australian Emerging Store of the Year.

Aussie Prospect was also named the group’s Retail Store of the Year for South Australia and received the state’s Excellence Award for Retail, while one of its brokers, Bechara Boutros, was named Aussie’s Loan Writer of the Year for South Australia.

The awards came after the franchise posted a record $148 million in home loan settlements for the 12 months to 30 June.

Matthew Rose, co-franchisee of Aussie Prospect, said his team always strives to provide the best home loan service to the local area, and the awards are a great sign that the franchise is on the right track.

“We get so much enjoyment out of helping people secure finance for their homes and investment properties, and Aussie is a really supportive, trusted and dynamic partner who helps us drive our business forward and do more for the local community,” he said.

Mr Symond said Aussie Prospect is leading the group’s national team in providing some of the highest service standards of any brokerage in Australia.

“Aussie Prospect shows what’s possible when you put a great brand, training, products and support together with motivated, engaged and passionate business professionals,” he said.
