LJ Hooker recognises top brokers

Kiril Ruvinsky, franchise owner of LJ Hooker Eastern Suburbs, said that to be recognised as the top office in the group's NSW and ACT network is an exceptional achievement his team is very proud of.

Alex Lambros, a lending specialist at LJ Hooker Home Loans Eastern Suburbs, was also recognised with two individual awards at the event.

Mr Lambros was presented the Top Home Loans Broker award for the highest number of settled properties, as well as the Top Home Loans Broker award for the largest volume of settlements over 12 months.

This comes after Mr Lambros took out the Residential Mortgage Broker of the Year title at the recent Real Estate Business Awards, which was run by The Adviser’s sister publication, Real Estate Business.

LJ Hooker CEO Grant Harrod said the entire eastern suburbs team are a great example of the LJ Hooker Home Loans network.
