Ballast adds FirstMac to panel

Staff Reporter 1 minute read

Independent aggregator Ballast has signed FirstMac to its lender panel to ensure its customers have access to some of the most "inexpensive mortgage products on the market".

The aggregator will sell FirstMac’s recently released FightBack II mortgage product as well as the original FightBack home loan product.

Ballast’s general manager Frank Paratore said the aggregator wanted to add FistMac to its growing list of non-bank lenders so that it could provide an array of competitive mortgage products to its customers.

“We are committed to ensuring that our broker representatives and retail clients have access to the very best selection of mortgage products available, including those from non bank lenders,” Mr Paratore said.

“FirstMac has developed a fantastic new range of competitive loan products with FightBack II. I have no doubt that that we will experience a great deal of interest from those consumers particularly sensitive to interest rate rises.”
