A non-major lender has announced it will cut the interest rate on its variable residential mortgages.
ING Direct today revealed it will lower the interest rate on its variable residential mortgages by 0.25 per cent, effective Friday 15 May 2015.
Following this reduction, the rate on the lender’s Mortgage Simplifier product will be 4.72 per cent per annum.
