Full Circle 'diversifies' into footy and cricket

by Nick Bendel7 minute read

One Melbourne brokerage plans to boost client loyalty by offering free access to an MCG corporate box.

Full Circle Financial Group has taken out a three-year lease on a box that can seat 18 people.

Chief executive Michael Pesochinsky said clients who had paid for Full Circle membership would be able to attend AFL and cricket matches during that time.

The first match is tonight’s clash between Richmond and Carlton.

Mr Pesochinsky said the corporate box would help Full Circle bond with its clients because there would be no sales pitch attached to the occasion.

This was the sort of scheme the firm had been looking to introduce since opening nine years ago, he told The Adviser.

“What we noticed as we grew, [was that] it became more difficult to get in touch with our clients, and we were only contacting them when we wanted to sell them something,” he said.

“The only leads we will generate from this will be referrals. This will be us giving back to our clients.”

Full Circle’s paid membership scheme also entitles clients to financial strategy reports and annual consultations with a financial planner.
