In a bid to improve its support for brokers, one of Australia’s aggregators has bolstered its team of business development managers.
Yesterday, Ballast announced it had added Steve Lambert to the team, with Mr Lambert taking on the role of NSW business development manager – finance.
Mr Lambert joins the Ballast team with a wealth of experience, having starting in the financial services industry back in 1985.
“With a strong background in boutique aggregation, coaching and developing, Mr Lambert is the ideal fit to continue with Ballast’s strategy of providing structured personalised support to existing and new members to grow their business,” Ballast’s chief executive Frank Paratore said.
“His understanding of integrated financial services continues to reflect our unique proposition.”
