Forsyth to continue leadership of Firstfolio

Staff Reporter 1 minute read

The board of listed mortgage and financial services group Firstfolio has signed Mark Forsyth on to continue his role as CEO for another three years.

Firstfolio chairman Tom Hartigan said the board was extremely pleased Mr Forsyth would continue to work with the group.

“During his tenure Mr Forsyth has overseen a structural transformation of the business, including completing several acquisitions, dramatically increasing the size of the group’s loan book and creating underlying profitability,” he said.

“We look forward to continuing to work closely with him.”

Under the continued leadership of Mr Forsyth Mr Hartigan said the group would focus on opportunities to diversify its earnings away from mortgages to a broader range of financial products and services.
