Quality to be recognised in top brokerage ranking

Staff Reporter 1 minute read

Australia’s top performing brokerages will be revealed in a ground breaking new Mortgage Business ranking later this year.

Scheduled for the July issue, the Top 25 Brokerages ranking will recognise groups that consistently write the best quality business.

Groups will be rated across a range of criteria including conversion rates, online lodgement, average loan volumes per writer and broker support.

Mortgage Business publisher Alex Whitlock believes there will be immense value for the groups that are identified in the final ranking.

“This is a challenging time for the broking industry but also a time of opportunity.

“Quality is now at the fore and so recognition of the industry’s top groups will help raise the profile of the broking industry as a whole while delivering significant benefits to those that make the final cut.

“In a competitive market Mortgage Business is giving the top groups an opportunity to differentiate themselves. This will be of considerable value in marketing to borrowers but also when it comes to recruiting quality brokers.”

Entries for the Top 25 Brokerages close on June 5. Brokerage heads can make a submission online by clicking here; for further information call Alex Whitlock on 02 9922 3300.
