LJ Hooker Financial Services will look to recruit an additional 100 brokers in 2009 as lending volumes outstrip its service capacity.
Peter Bromley, LJ Hooker Financial Services' general manager, said yesterday that the group was actioning recruitment strategies to attract top candidates to its group as sales volumes continued to grow.
According to Mr Bromley the group’s total lodgement activity was up 12 per cent in January 2009 compared to July last year.
“What we are seeing here is evidence of the synergies between real estate and financial services,” he said.
