The Bank of Queensland (BoQ) continues to court other financial institutions with information flyers reportedly hitting desks this week inviting expressions of interest in merger opportunities.
According to The Australian Financial Review today, BoQ said it was keen to talk with groups interested in “taking an equity stake in the bank and/or engaging in discussions on complimentary mergers which offer economies of scale/scope and access to capital/funding”.
