The soft property market is doing little to deter investors.
Speaking to The Adviser, Multifocus Properties’ chief executive officer Philippe Brach said savvy brokers would do well to target investors as they are keen to get their foot on the property ladder in the current market.

“Investors are spending the time looking for good properties that suit their needs and will grow in value over time,” Mr Brach said.
“They are not forced to buy whatever property they can get as is often the case in a strong property market. Instead, they are doing their research and making the right decisions.”
