One of Australia’s largest aggregators has enhanced its broker offering, providing all of its members with a new industry-specific search function.
On Friday, AFG launched BrokerHQ – a new online portal where members are able to find all the information they need, with user-friendly Google-like search functionality.
According to the aggregator’s general manager, sales and operations, Mark Hewitt, BrokerHQ is the latest cab off the rank in AFG’s expanding toolkit, leveraging emerging technologies and helping members do business faster and smarter.
The new online portal ranks broker search results based on relevance and date order. In addition, the new tool features FLEX, which means brokers no longer have to leave FLEX to find out information.
"As part of our ongoing commitment to providing our members with market-leading technology solutions, we are delighted to release Broker HQ," Mr Hewitt said. "It is the latest in a series of broker tools we’ve developed, including a broker-branded iPhone app, and our FLEX-integrated broker fact find and our FLEX contacts iPhone app.
"It doesn’t stop here. In the New Year we will be releasing another tool to make the first contact between our brokers and their customers even smoother.”
