A fresh wave of appointments and promotions is reshaping outsource Financial’s internal structure, with the aggregator building out specialist roles to support its broker network.

outsource Financial, the independently owned aggregation group, has confirmed six new hires and two promotions since February 2026 as part of what it described as a continued “growth trajectory” through the first half of the year.

The changes span member engagement, commissions, technology, compliance, marketing and learning and development, which it said reflecting a deliberate push to deepen services for brokers at different stages of their business life cycle.

Chief executive Tanya Sale said the expansion was designed to ensure that the aggregator could keep pace with the demands of a larger and more diverse membership base.

“As our network continues to grow, so too does our responsibility to provide exceptional support, education and expertise to our members,” Sale told The Adviser.

Sale also emphasised that the new hires brought both technical skills and cultural alignment.

“We’ve been incredibly fortunate to attract talented individuals who not only bring valuable industry experience and fresh perspectives, but who also align strongly with our culture and values,” she outlined.

“At the same time, seeing existing team members progress into leadership positions is equally rewarding and highlights the opportunities available within our organisation."

New faces across engagement, compliance and operations

Among the six new appointments is engagement coordinator Camille Chao, whose background spans venues and event agencies.

“Camille’s focus is on creating meaningful member experiences through events, communications and social media engagement initiatives, helping to further strengthen connections across the outsource Financial member-base, both online and in person,” outsource Financial said.

On the risk and regulatory side, Damien Holt has joined outsource Financial as compliance officer.

The group underlined his mix of frontline and training experience, saying, “Damien brings a wealth of experience across mortgage management, mortgage broking, credit and training.”

“Having operated his own business for approximately ten years, he offers practical industry insight, and a strong understanding of the challenges faced by brokers, enabling him to provide real-world compliance support and guidance.”

The aggregator further noted that Roula Tasi had joined as commissions administration officer, Milan Mrvic as dedicated technology officer, Rose Asarez as audit officer and Elize Marquez as graphic designer.

Promotions recognise broker assurance and education focus

In addition to recruiting new talent, outsource Financial has elevated two existing staff members into more senior positions.

Investigations and broker assurance officer Irene D’Arcy has been promoted to investigations and broker assurance manager, with the group stating that “Irene has been instrumental in maintaining high professional standards across the network and strengthening broker assurance practices.”

Learning and development coordinator Tenille Gibson has been appointed national manager, Learning and development.

Since joining outsource Financial in September 2025, the aggregator said Gibson had “played a pivotal role in developing educational programs and learning initiatives that support broker capability, professional development and business growth.”

Sale said the combination of specialist hires and leadership promotions was intended to position the aggregator “strongly” for its next phase of expansion.

“Our people are at the heart of everything we do. By continuing to invest in specialist expertise, leadership development and member support, we’re ensuring outsource Financial remains well-positioned to help brokers succeed in an increasingly complex and competitive environment,” she said.
