The aggregator has been featured in a prestigious new publication exploring 325 years of leadership within the Commonwealth.

Aggregation group outsource Financial has been selected as one of the organisations to be featured in Monarchy and Democracy: A History of Leadership, an official History of Parliament project.

Produced in partnership with publisher St James’s House, the landmark hardback explores the evolving relationship between the Crown and Parliament and its impact on governance across the UK and the Commonwealth.

It was officially launched on 9 June 2026 in the grounds of Westminster Abbey in London and examines the origins and enduring impact of the Act of Settlement 1701 – one of the most significant pieces of legislation in Commonwealth history – before tracing the shifts in governance and power that have shaped modern democracy, alongside progress across social, technological, commercial and cultural spheres.

The book features contributions from prominent academics and royal authors, including Robert Jobson, Russell Myers, and Katie Nicholl and profiles a select group of organisations whose work reflects themes of leadership, innovation, governance, and sustainability.

Dr Jennifer Davey, director at the History of Parliament Trust, says, “The book not only explores the history and evolution of UK and Commonwealth governance and the shift to a constitutional monarchy, but also profiles a selection of organisations invited to join the project based on their relevance to the themes of leadership, innovation, sustainability and governance.”

outsource Financial CEO Tanya Sale said the group’s inclusion in the publication was an incredible honour that reflected the company's global footprint.

“To be invited to contribute to this publication... is an incredible honour. It reflects the legacy we are building at outsource Financial and the role we are proud to play in representing the Commonwealth on a global stage,” Sale said.

“We remain deeply committed to driving progress, innovation and leadership within our industry.

“Being selected to participate in this project is a powerful recognition of the journey we’ve been on and the future we are shaping. It speaks to the impact we are making as a business and our ongoing commitment to building a strong, enduring legacy for the industry on a global stage.”

Andrea Tassis, CFO of outsource Financial, said: “It’s a meaningful acknowledgement of the strength, governance and sustainability we’ve established within outsource Financial – principles that remain central to our ability to scale responsibly, support continued industry confidence, deliver long-term value and lead with integrity.”

Stephen van der Merwe, a group director at the SJH Group, said the book provides a compelling, first-hand perspective on how today’s industry leaders are shaping the future.

“Through in-depth interviews with the leaders of organisations such as outsource Financial, and by spotlighting their work, Monarchy and Democracy provides a compelling, first-hand perspective on how today’s organisational leaders are shaping the future in a wide range of areas,” van der Merwe said.

The inclusion marks the second time the aggregation group has featured in a Commonwealth publication, following outsource Financial’s previous inclusion in the 2024 publication The Commonwealth at 75.
