Commenting on the newly established partnership, eChoice general manager of aggregation Blake Buchanan remarked: “ZipID are fast making their mark on the industry… we are continually looking for like-minded organisations who can deliver process efficiencies to support the growth of our broking network. This latest partnership will be a valuable asset to their businesses.”

Initially established in 2013 by a group of independent professionals, ZipID became part of the Veda Group (now known as Equifax) in 2015 and offers two key ID verifications solutions for the industry including a client face-to-face third party agent service and a mobile app for brokers to conduct the ID check themselves.

Co-founder Sean Simmons said the company was pleased to start working with eChoice, adding a business tool that will help improve broker productivity.

“The broking industry is becoming increasingly about being accessible and mobile for clients, so there were clear synergies between what our digital app and agent service could provide within eChoice’s existing framework,” he said.
