Dilek is the founder of Attraction Marketing specialising in business growth strategy and online advertising via Google, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube. Focusing on financial services, technology and investment property niches, she is passionate about helping SMEs significantly increase their revenue.
Dilek is well known in the finance and mortgage broking industry via her work presenting marketing topics for the Independent Finance Brokers Forum as well as volunteering on their steering committee for a number of years.
With an abundantly diverse background, Dilek has worked in the financial services industry for more than 20 years and has studied accounting, legal studies, applied finance with further studies in financial planning, superannuation and property.
Previously Dilek was a Marketing and Communications Manager at CBA group, Colonial First State, Tower Asset Management and Australian Ethical Investment. She has also served on the board of the Ethical Investment Association and the micro finance focused charity Grameen Australia.

Kate Aubrey is the senior content producer of The Adviser and Mortgage Business, Australia’s leading source of news, opinion and strategy for mortgage brokers and third-party mortgage distribution. Kate writes news and features on the Australian broking industry, the mortgage market, financial regulation, fintechs and the wider lending landscape, as well as creating social videos on the news of the day from budget hand downs to federal election coverage. Before joining Momentum Media in 2021, Kate worked as a journalist and producer for the ABC Radio, covering breaking and regional news and was part of the ABC Regional team to be awarded a Walkley for emergency broadcasting during the Black Summer bushfires in 2019/20.
