GETTING UP early to start your day, having a routine, and getting into the habit of that routine are really important. What I do is a quick shadow boxing session on my virtual goggles.
I love it because there is licensed music that I can box to, and it just gets me into a quick sweat.
It’s just that act of doing something that you don’t really look forward to, but you do it anyway. I think that trains your mind.
