Why attend the Lead Gen Bootcamp?

While the best lead generation tool is organic client referrals, new business can also be generated through a range of sources, including aggregators, referral partners, in-house leads, lead generation platforms, and marketing agencies.

However, the challenge lies in determining which options deliver the most effective return on investment and identifying the ideal lead generation solutions to complement a broker’s business model and growth plans.

The Lead Gen Bootcamp 2024 has been specifically tailored to suit all types and sizes of broking businesses.

At the end of the event, attendees will leave with a step-by-step implementation strategy that can immediately attract new clients and provide a consistent and ongoing funnel of business.

The agenda has been divided into three easy-to-follow pillars, including:

  • How to build a marketing framework to generate leads.
  • How to acquire leads from external partners.
  • A one-page implementation strategy.

Speakers and agenda

The Lead Gen Bootcamp 2024 will be delivered by speakers who have substantial experience in the mortgage broking industry and coaching businesses on marketing, including:

  • Director and founder of Trusted Finance, Robbo – Aussie Mortgage Guy, who will deliver a two-part session on the power of video marketing for generating qualified and engaged leads.

In the first session he will outline how brokers could build a captivating social media brand and create content that will resonate across all platforms. In the second session, he will explain how brokers could maximise their social media sales funnel and focus on quality leads and drive traffic to their website with compelling content.

  • Bluewire Media chief executive Adam Franklin, who will focus on how to simplify lead generation with automated marketing.

Brokers will learn how to use artificial intelligence to deliver 12 months of marketing progress in two hours and grow their network to over 1,000 clients. Franklin will also unpack four types of content brokers could create to attract clients.

  • Marketing specialist and managing director of Your Client Matters, Deena Janes, will explain why organic lead generation is the most effective method to find leads, how brokers can avoid common lead gen mistakes, and tips to tap into the most effective referral partnerships.
  • Founder and director of Broker Essentials, Jason Back, will present a comprehensive session on how brokers put education into action. He will dissect the pros and cons of brokers building their own lead generation infrastructure and partnering with an external vendor and how combining both strategies could benefit some brokers.

Back will conduct an in-depth analysis of conversion rates and acquisition costs associated with various lead generation methods discussed throughout the conference.

Other sessions will uncover the technology helping brokers source and identify potential clients, who are planning to purchase property in the next three to six months, track client conversions, and produce client-tracking reports with referral partners.

Finally, brokers will discover how to get the most out of their aggregator’s direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns and the quality and conversion of aggregator-generated leads compared to other industry partners.

Throughout the bootcamp, attendees will have the opportunity to network with leaders in marketing, lead generation technology providers, and brokers who have set the benchmark for excellence in lead generation.

The Adviser’s Lead Generation Bootcamp 2024 will be held in the following locations:

  • Thursday, 16 May 2024 at Sofitel on Collins, Melbourne, Victoria.
  • Thursday, 23 May 2024 at Montage, Sydney, NSW.
