Homeloans announces new addition to BDM team

by Staff Reporter9 minute read

Homeloans has recruited its fifth BDM in three months and forecast further growth in the coming 12 months.

Sophie Kyris joins the non-bank lender with more than 20 years’ experience in banking and finance.

She previously served as a BDM at Victorian Mortgage Group, AON Warranty Services and Homeloan Services.

“I’m thrilled to have joined Homeloans because it is such a well-recognised and reputable mortgage provider with a national footprint,” Ms Kyris said.

“Additionally, it’s great to be able to offer my brokers and their customers a wide range of products to suit different needs and stages in their life.”

Homeloans now has a national team of 13 BDMs after announcing the appointment of two relationship managers in July and another two earlier this month.

Ray Hair, Homeloans’ general manager of national sales, said the company is at an exciting stage in its rebuild and growth strategy.

“While our team will grow further over the next 12 months, our current focus is on recruiting sales support personnel to assist our brokers and BDMs to provide effective, timely solutions to customers,” he said.
