I consciously don’t meet with clients on the weekend. I really do switch off on the weekend. But I work really hard during the week. That, for me, works really well – rather than spreading it over seven days and never having a break. I don’t think that would be healthy for me.

I used to play soccer. But I had a ligament tear, and I had surgery, so the doctor said: “No, you can’t play soccer anymore.” So, I took up badminton.

I had a group with ANZ, and I just joined them. It has been almost 12 years that I’ve been playing with them. So, every Wednesday and Saturday morning, I play badminton.

For me, it’s gardening. It’s funny how nature helps you heal and exhale.

And then golf, because you can’t actually be uptight playing golf. It’s actually very annoying. It’s counterintuitive. You have to be loosey-goosey and get your shoulders moving.

I wake up at approximately 4am every single day. I go down into my cold bath. I sit in the sauna. I meditate within the sauna. And then I go to the gym. It actually creates space at the start of my day. By creating space, I get to slow down my mind.
