COG hosts EOFY celebrations for brokers

In July and August, COG Aggregation hosted three end-of-financial-year celebration events to thank hundreds of asset finance brokers and lender partners for their hard work and partnership throughout the financial year.

The celebrations took place across three states, beginning in Victoria at The Albion Rooftop Bar on 23 July with 260 attendees, continuing in NSW at the Greenwood Hotel on 6 August with 180 attendees, and concluding in Queensland at Mr Percival’s on 13 August with 140 attendees.

Speaking of the celebrations, Mark Rayson, head of COG Aggregation, said: “The annual COG EOFY Celebration events are our way of recognising and thanking our broker members and lender partners for their support, efforts, and partnership throughout the financial year.

“It’s fantastic to see so many familiar faces, as well as plenty of new ones, and we always enjoy the opportunity to catch up and bring our asset finance family together. It’s a great reminder of the strength of the COG community and the relationships that make it so special.”

Skip celebrates NextGen partnership

Low-deposit lender Skip and lending technology provider NextGen recently brought together around 70 industry partners and guests at NextGen’s North Sydney office to celebrate the launch of its ApplyOnline integration and the strong partnership behind it.

For Skip, the partnership was an important part of simplifying workflows for brokers as they continue to rapidly grow their national distribution. Since moving onto ApplyOnline in May, brokers can submit Skip applications through the familiar systems and workflows they already use daily, reducing friction and generating trust.

The event was a chance to bring the Skip and NextGen communities together, mark the milestone, and thank the people who have supported Skip’s growth in the broker channel.
