This month, The Adviser team has been doing a deep dive into commercial finance broking – with both this edition of the magazine and the accompanying Broker’s Guide – looking closely at the growing number of brokers and lenders operating in this space and the key trends that are driving growing demand for commercial finance.

From record-breaking commercial mortgage settlements to exceptional cash flow lending achievements, these top performers are setting the standard for excellence across the commercial finance landscape. SME finance is also top of mind in our recap of the SME Bootcamp 2025 (page 40), which took place over three states to teach both brokers and accountants all the details in being a successful SME adviser. The event – run with the support of principal partner Maxiron Capital and expertly moderated by SME finance specialists Accendo – left delegates feeling energised and confident in writing more commercial and asset finance.
