Q. How have you been tailoring your personal loans offerings in the past year to move with the market?
Over the past year, we’ve continued to evolve our personal loan offering to remain competitive and support brokers in a changing market.
We have enhanced our pricing and credit policy settings to align with shifting borrower needs, while maintaining our commitment to flexibility by keeping features like re-amortisation and no early termination fees front and centre.
We’ve also made significant improvements to broker experience by enhancing our automated decisioning engine and platform integrations. A growing number of brokers are now benefiting from auto-approvals and streamlined workflows, helping them deliver faster outcomes for their clients.
At the same time, we’ve expanded the capabilities of our broker portal, providing greater visibility and control through improved self-service tools, live chat support, and real-time application tracking.
