His 15 years of experience working with leading commercial lenders in Canada and Australia puts him in a strong position to provide customised solutions to our brokers and their clients in small and medium-sized enterprises. Travis has worked with clients from industries as diverse as construction, forestry, transportation and mining, with specialisation in heavy equipment finance. He is adept at territory management, credit analysis and problem-solving. As a Business Development Manager at Macquarie Group, he grew his broker portfolio to become the top volume producer within the aggregator division. Travis is from Canada’s British Columbia, where he started his career as a commercial pilot.

Her experience in project and people management makes her highly effective in leading and training teams and resolving conflicts. For Christie, providing excellent customer service is a passion, and she loves to build lasting relationships with Prime’s broker partners and their clients. Christie is a Bachelor of Business graduate and likes to stay fit by attending spin and Pilates classes. On weekends, she enjoys watching documentaries and the National Rugby League.

I’ve managed large teams of Retail Bankers, Home Finance Lenders, Business Bankers and many others. I have also worked as State Manager for BOQ 3 rd Party and Regional Manager for Bank of Melbourne. Recently in the non-bank space with several lenders.

I enjoy working with brokers to help find solutions for their clients and have done so now for more than 11 years. I understand brokers and what is important to them, and have this front of mind.
In my spare time, I loves to potter in his garden and play golf when I can.

I love spending time with the family and recently became a grandfather which I’m is still coming to terms with.
