Our commercial products continue to resonate strongly with brokers because they are built around what matters most in the current market: flexibility and execution.

Brokers need a lender that can look beyond rigid policy settings and assess each opportunity on its merits. That’s where we have consistently delivered, year in and year out for 70 years.

Our commercial product suite is designed to support a broad range of borrower needs, including owner-occupied and investment, cashout, ATO debt consolidation, business expansion, to name a few. We accept a wide range of property types and borrower profiles, including trust and company borrowers, and this breadth gives brokers confidence that they can bring to us complex opportunities that others don’t have capacity to entertain.

Equally important is our service model. Brokers tell us they value direct access to experienced in-house decision-makers and a relationship-driven sales team. The trust we have built over more than 70 years means brokers know we have the balance sheet, credit expertise, and long-term commitment to continue supporting their clients through challenging market conditions.

Q. How have you been tailoring your products this year?

While our commercial product suite has certainly evolved and now incorporates even more strategic and sophisticated products (think development site acquisition loans, for example) and larger maximum loan amounts (up to $50,000,000 across the board), it’s how our products have remained consistent that brokers have come to respect. We don’t enter and exit markets on a whim. We’re available, steady, and experienced. And that is something we greatly pride ourselves on.

Over recent years, the market has demanded greater flexibility, particularly as businesses navigate changing economic conditions.

In response, we have continued to hold a solutions-focused lens over our product suite to ensure brokers always have an option available.
