We just put in a spa last year, so a spa at the end of the day.

I think it’s really important to just remember if you take an hour out every day or if you go for a walk in the morning for an hour or if you’re doing something for yourself, that phone call can wait.

I’m very much working to live, so I keep those things [separate].

[For example] I have a social club called the Beer and Beef Club and we catch up once a month and eat steak and drink beer and I couldn’t think of anything better. Just things outside the industry.

I definitely am a routine person. I definitely am a morning person. I get up at 4:45am every morning [to] do Pilates and get in a good mindset. I get all my difficult tasks out of the way at the beginning of the day as well. I think that’s super important before you get brain fatigue.

Energy boost

Exercise is a non-negotiable for me. I start my day with exercise every day (well, maybe not Sundays!), but I really find that sets a pace for the day that gives me a lot of energy and I feel more productive doing that.
