Social sport

I’m a social animal. I like to catch up with friends, family.

Over the weekend, we play some sports together – maybe cricket, volleyball, and those sorts of things. It helps to feel surrounded by people and know we have people who trust us – that’s particularly [therapeutic] for me.

Natural living

Good read

Bit of a stretch

I do Pilates – reformer Pilates – three or four times a week, which has been fantastic. It’s a really good, active workout, that’s sort of still mindful.

Being able to switch off is really important I think, knowing I’ve got the support behind me to say no, so I do have the time to unwind, spend time with my family, and do the things I enjoy doing.
