COG Aggregation hosts its annual conference in Brisbane
Asset finance brokers were out in force at COG Aggregation’s Asset Finance Brokers Conference 2025 – the largest yet.
Over two days, attendees heard from keynote speakers such as Wayne Bennett AM and the Honourable Bob Carr, who shared insights on leadership, business, and the future of the industry.
Forty-five lenders showcased their products alongside carnival-themed activations, creating a lively and engaging atmosphere on the event floor.
The celebrations continued into the night at the COG Asset Finance Awards Gala, where brokers, lenders, and partners leading the way in 2025 were recognised for their outstanding achievements and contributions to the sector.
Mortgage Choice heads to Queenstown, NZ for high-performance summit
Mortgage Choice held its 2025 High Performance Summit in Queenstown, New Zealand, from 14–16 October, themed ‘Courageous Choices’. The event brought together the aggregator’s top performers and culture creators.
Speakers included REA Group’s Tobias Johnstone on the property market, high-performance coach Mark Dobson, and Peter Norris sharing his remarkable life story.
Olympian Kitty Chiller AM spoke on leadership decisions, while seven-time world champion James Laughlin shared insights from working with prime ministers, sporting greats, and Formula 1 teams.
The summit closed with mountaineer and Paralympian Mark Inglis recounting his Everest climb as a double amputee.
Attendees also enjoyed Walter Peak Farm, Shotover Jet rides, and the Queenstown luge.
