Advantedge unveils new white-label product

Advantedge Financial Services has strengthened the home loan offering of one of Australia’s leading real estate brands with the introduction of a new white-label product.

The LJ Hooker Home Loans Connect product, offered through LJ Hooker Home Loans, requires customers to pay an annual fee of $120, with no upfront fees, application fees or legal fees – just one loan processing fee of $250.

In addition, customers receive free EFTPOS and ATM transactions via NAB and rediATM networks.

Brett Halliwell, general manager of distribution at Advantedge, said he is confident the new product will bring significant benefits to LJ Hooker Home Loans lending specialists, and expects strong demand due to its “simple features” and “great value”.

“The LJ Hooker Home Loans Connect product also means the LJ Hooker brand will be part of the full customer life cycle,” he said.

“Each time a customer uses the branded debit card, accesses their online account or receives their loan statement, the LJ Hooker brand is reinforced and ultimately, the customer will be reminded of their lending specialist.

“This will build brand loyalty, and customers will view LJ Hooker as a one-stop home buying solution.”

Jeff Chapman, national product and marketing manager at LJ Hooker Home Loans, said the new product would further strengthen the group’s brand equity and service offering.

“We’re excited to partner with Advantedge to offer this product and ensure our lending specialists can provide LJ Hooker customers with a home loan that is simple, flexible, easy to understand and competitively priced,” he said.

“The new white-label product, LJ Hooker Home Loans Connect, will allow our lending specialists to provide customers with a full suite of LJ Hooker-branded real estate services and lending solutions.”

Mr Chapman said the product also gives LJ Hooker’s lending specialists access to a variety of marketing collateral, a consumer-facing website and branding on all client communications to support client conversations.

“They will also have support from expert Advantedge BDMs who understand their business to assist as required,” he added.

Advantedge is further supporting LJ Hooker Home Loans lending specialists to promote the product through customisable marketing collateral and a new product video, which will be published on the LJ Hooker Home Loans Connect website by the end of this month.
