Our aggregator software system is so deeply embedded with AI.

There are some really cool things in there. We can read pay slips to find HECS debts, for example. And we’ve got other AI software that we’re building out at the moment where we’re going to be able to code things and servicing calculators and things like that.

On the tech side of things, it’s just second to none. It makes our life so much easier. Our speed to submission [is] so much quicker as well as being just more compliant as well.

Canva’s fantastic. If you get templates, you can set yourself up for the year. All you need to do is when you meet someone and want to do, for example, a shout-out post, you’ve got a template. Insert their photo [and you’re] done. And it turns into a post.

It makes it much easier to go, “Oh that’s one I need to do. Let’s get it done.”

I utilise technology and templates a lot.

[Connective’s] Mercury Nexus is [a] pretty fantastic CRM. It’s working well for us.

We’ve put our processes into the system. And as long as everyone’s doing their job to move things forward, then all the tasks are flowing. We use Quickli too, but that’s all the tech [that we use].

Quickli is an extremely powerful tool. What I say to anyone that was a broker prior to Quickli being created is: “I don’t know how you did it!” To go through and do multiple servicing calculators back and forth. Quickli is an amazing tool. It really, really is.

And we use BrokerEngine as well. Again, I don’t know how anyone operated as a broker without it! It just makes life so easy. Whether it’s collecting data, documentation, even communication with the customer back and forth, setting all that up.

The client should never have to reach out to you. You’re always talking to them. You’re always communicating with them every step of the way. That’s what the systems do for us.
