For asset-rich borrowers with limited income documentation, Brighten Lift® provides a fast and flexible short-term lending option, requiring no income verification and available to both residents and non-residents. Acceptable security includes residential properties in Category 1 and 2 locations, as well as commercial and vacant land in Category 1 areas. With loan amounts up to $10 million and terms ranging from three months to three years, Brighten Lift® offers a straightforward, asset-backed solution designed for borrowers who value speed, simplicity, and minimal documentation.
