Wayne Goss leads the Western Australian Scottish Pacific Business Finance team, which provides working capital solutions to SME’s.
Wayne has worked in the debtor finance industry for nearly 30 years, the last 16 of which were with Scottish Pacific.
He holds a BCom (Hons) degree from the University of Natal. Wayne currently lives in Perth with his family. In his spare time Wayne enjoys coaching hockey and fishing.
Mark is a Founding Member and a Director of Spectrum Wealth Advisers, a non-institutional dealer group established in 2010. Under his leadership, Spectrum has grown to more than 400 Representatives. Prior to establishing Spectrum, he served an array of executive roles at organisations such as Westpac Banking Corporation Ltd, St George Bank, Pivotal Financial Services Pty Ltd, Financial Wealth Services Pty Ltd, Fiducian Group Ltd, Tynan Mackenzie Pty Ltd and Computershare Ltd. Previously, he served as a Submarine Naval Officer in the Royal Australian Navy and then an Air Force Officer and Squadron Leader in the Royal Australian Air Force. He holds an MBA from UWS and is a graduate of the RANC (Royal Australian Navy College).
Marcus has over 10 years’ experience in Senior Management roles having commenced with Bibby Financial Services prior to joining ScotPac.
During his management & leadership career Marcus has held predominately new business acquisition and strategic sales positions in the SME and emerging corporate sectors. His areas of expertise include Cashflow lending, Trade and structured finance.
Marcus' key strength is considered to be understanding the business cash drivers, sources and uses of cash, and the day to day challenges that SME’s face when growing & running a business.
Justin started his career in Debtor Finance 12 years ago with current Scottish Pacific CEO, Peter Langham as a Business Development Manager for Benchmark Debtor Finance.
Justin had a very successful career as a BDM and was involved in the acquisition of Scottish Pacific Business Finance from St George Bank in 2007.
Justin became General Manager of Scottish Pacific- NSW/ACT 4 years ago and was involved closely with the acquisition of Bibby Financial Services, GE debtor finance operations, Suncorp Debtor finance operations and then the public listing of Scottish Pacific Limited in July 2016.
Justin leads Scottish Pacific’s largest business unit with a team of over 60 staff in NSW looking after more than 400 clients and a loan book approaching $400m.
Gerard has completed 3 post-graduate degrees including two Masters, and was the head of TAFE Business School and Director of the Australia Graduate Management Consortium (TAFE/CSU).
Gerard provides strategic planning, Governance and merger acquisition advice particularly in the mutual ADI sector (Credit Unions and Building Societies). Through ISM, Gerard prepares, writes, delivers and assesses on various accredited programs in Business Services and Financial Services including Management, Mortgage Broking and Banking Services.
Gerard also provides coaching and mentoring for Broker businesses including: business improvement, succession planning and valuation principles.
Duncan has over 24 years’ experience in Commercial Banking and Finance having commenced with NAB before moving to Bankwest prior to joining ScotPac.
Duncan holds a Business Commerce degree and an MBA, which was completed at Riems International University in France.
During his Banking career Duncan held predominately Relationship Management and Leadership roles across the Commercial and Corporate Banking sectors. His areas of expertise include Cashflow lending, Trade and structured finance.
Duncan's key strength is considered to be understanding the business cash drivers, sources and uses of cash, and the appreciation that profit doesn’t equal cash at bank.
In addition to his finance career Duncan is involved in the Victoria Leaders Program as a cashflow finance industry expert, and sits on the Victorian Regional Council for the charity Redkite.
Andrew has worked in banking and finance for 30 years, specializing in risk management. Originally from the UK, he worked in Hong Kong and Singapore for 12 years before moving to Australia in 1999 as CEO International Ratings for Ernst & Young. He has worked in the private sector and as a Consultant and Advisor to Governments and Non-Governmental Organizations.
He was an Expert Group Adviser to the United Nations and co founder of its Asia Infrastructure Development Alliance (AIDA). He was the Publisher of the Australia Stocktake of Infrastructure Investment Opportunities in 1998 under The Economist, in cooperation with the Office of the Prime Minister. He is one of the founders of Semper Capital and remains an advocate of regulatory reform in the currently non-regulated commercial finance sector and a proponent of responsible lending practices.
Rob has been in the financial services industry for over 23 years, with exposure to Business Banking, Retail Banking, Private Banking, Credit/Risk and Loans Administration. An early entrant to the Third Party Broker Industry, Rob has been in the broker channel for over 18 years as a lender, commencing with BNZ in 1995. He has seen the evolution of the broker industry, and been part of the ever growing segment of third party distribution of home loans.
The past eight years has seen Rob in sales and distribution, including leadership roles in Mortgage Manager Homeloans Limited and Westpac. Rob has worked in state leadership roles for NAB Broker in WA and NSW, with his most recent role being the National Manager for the phone based BDM team in NAB Broker and Advantedge, leading a team of three Team Leaders and twenty four BDMs. The primary function of this role involved people leadership, as well as strategy, design and implementation of an operating model that spanned the two distribution businesses of NAB Broker and the Advantedge white label business.
Rob has a passion for the industry and strongly believes that the mortgage broker industry will continue to grow in share as they provide quality service to their customers.

He now focuses on building partnerships focused on providing SME’s and introducers with with value-driven and transparent funding, and enhancing market education about the alternate finance landscape.
Dino has been thriving as one of the leading and most influential Business Development Managers across the country during the past four years and his deep passion of brokers has led him to establish a National Finance Brokers Day two years ago, to help increase the awareness of brokers throughout the Australian consumer market.
With fourteen years’ experience in the finance industry he started his career at the Commonwealth Bank before expanding his leadership capabilities with Suncorp, via the direct channel, as the Regional Support Leader and Area Manager Retail WA before then moving into the third party channel four years ago.
Simon is an experienced senior leader with over 25 years experience in the financial services industry. Following a successful career within the Retail, Business and Wealth Management areas of the market, Simon spent five years managing his own integrated financial services business encompassing finance broking, financial planning and accounting.
Simon re-joined the corporate world five years ago and during this time has been responsible for leading national distribution channels such as Mobile Lending and Kiosk Banking. He was also responsible for the design, development and implementation of the strategy to grow the more in-direct channels, including Kiosks, Mobile Bankers, Workplace Banking Programs and non-broker third party referrers.
Simon is very excited to be part of an industry leading team at FAST. Simon is the Regional Manager, South and is responsible for the Victorian, South Australian, Northern Territory, Western Australian and Tasmanian markets.

Rebecca is responsible for marketing and strategic enterprise channels. Rebecca joined Prospa from ME Bank, where as CMO she led the transformation of the ME brand and drove the establishment of a customer centric culture to transform the bank into a digitally led business. Prior to ME Bank, Rebecca held the position of managing director at CX agency, Lavender and ran her own strategic consultancy. Rebecca has a B.Bus from UTS and is trained in Design Thinking from Stanford.
Brendan has been the CEO of FAST (Finance & Systems Technology) since October 2012.
With extensive experience in the Australian financial services sector, this includes leading a diverse range of large distribution businesses across a range of customer segments, such as Business Banking, Retail Banking and Third Party Origination.
Focusing on retaining and developing highly capable and engaged people to deliver sustainable business returns for the customer, Brendan has developed and executed strategies spanning third party and proprietary distribution channels, contact centers, operations, credit/risk and marketing.
Prior to joining FAST, Brendan spent several years as General Manager Distribution for Small Business and Head of Small Business, both at National Australia Bank Ltd, where he was responsible for developing strategies to maximize, employee engagement and capability, along with customer satisfaction and retention through meeting their diverse business and personal financial needs.
Previously, Brendan has owned and operated a timber manufacturing business. He knows what it means for business owners to have their own capital on the line and understands the associated challenges of running a business, creating employment and delivering to customers.
Brendan is passionate about business, particularly small to medium enterprises, given they are the engine room of most economies and this is certainly the case in Australia. He is also a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Senior Associate with Financial Services Institute of Australia (FINSIA) and a Fellow with the Australian Institute of Management (AIM).
Robynne has taken the lead in driving the vision and strategy for this new dedicated intermediaries channel some 2.5 years ago.
Prior to this role, Robynne has been a member of the Suncorp Intermediaries leadership team for 5 years and is very passionate and in tune on what is important to Brokers in the Australian Landscape.
With a total of 20 years with Suncorp with a Gap of 11 years in between Robynne has held senior roles across financial services with ANZ, GE Australia and several consulting roles.
Chris Krotiris comes to Fundamental Business Finance with 17 years experience in the Accounting and Finance industry. Commencing as a graduate accountant with Ernst and Young Professional Services in 1998 after completing a double degree at the Flinders University of South Australia.
Chris completed his professional year in 1999 to become a member of the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants. In 2000, Chris moved into the Audit Division of Ernst and Young, and by 2001 Chris was made Audit Manager and was responsible for major local and interstate statutory audits such as Baulderstone Hornibrook, Pasminco, Hills Industries, Sarah Homes, BRL Hardy and Adelaide Bank.
In 2002, Chris moved to Samaras Group, a prominent family owned SA business as their Financial Controller. By 2004 he was promoted to Chief Financial Officer. In his years with Samaras, Chris helped take the company from a small family business, to one of Adelaide’s pre-eminent multi-million dollar construction companies.
Chris’s interpersonal skills and problem solving abilities bring a great balance of wisdom & empathy to the team, in his new role as business finance specialist.
