Regional brokers are often overlooked by their metro counterparts, due to the higher value of properties accounting for larger overall loan volumes. However, there are many regional brokers whose productivity and customer service far outstrip that of some of their metro counterparts. This award recognises the residential broker (in a regional location) that best represents the industry across key factors, including, but not limited to, loan volumes, loan book growth, compliance, submission quality and customer service, as well as business processes, systems, stakeholder engagement and customer relationship abilities. This is an individual award and is based on the period from 1 January 2017 – 31 December
This award is judged on metrics (25%) and written responses (75%). Assessed by Australian Broking Award judges.
