Starting out in broking can be a challenge. Not only do brokers need to select the best business model to support their growth plans, they need to establish a client base, which requires hard work, significant networking and perseverance. This award acknowledges the broker in a regional location that has built the most successful business within two calendar years of start-up, based not only on loan volumes and other business performance metrics but a holistic approach building a sustainable platform for future expansion. This is an individual award that is open to any new players who have entered the industry on or after 1 January 2015.
This award is based on the period the period from 1 January 2017 – 31 December 2017.
Regional Australia includes all of the towns, small cities and areas that lie beyond the major capital cities (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide and Canberra).
This award is judged on metrics (25%) and written responses (75%). Assessed by Australian Broking Award judges.
