Often the unsung hero of any mortgage business, this award recognises the loan administrator that has most effectively supported the broker or business in which he/she works. The category, which is open to all loan administrators that meet the category requirements, will assess volume of submissions supported, attention to detail, knowledge of products, bank systems and loan processes, as well as customer service capabilities. This is an individual award and is based on the period from 1 January 2017 – 31 December
This award is judged on metrics (25%) and written responses (75%). Assessed by Australian Broking Award judges.
