National Mortgage Company has joined forces with Go Gecko Property Sales to create a new project marketing division.

According to NMC’s head of sales Fernando Lemos, the new division will see brokers of the non-bank lender provide Go Gecko customers with easy access to home loans.

“In light of new licensing laws, companies like Go Gecko are seeing the advantage of working with companies like National Mortgage Company particularly in respect to ensuring that customers receive the best service available,” Mr Lemos said.

Mr Lemos said this was the first of many fruitful partnerships for the lender who is currently fielding a large number of enquiries from building firms.
